Shipping and handling
Orders ship from our Ohio warehouse. Parts orders received before our 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff ship the same day. Complete transmissions require up to 5 days of handling time, depending on testing and any necessary part replacements.
Shipping options and rates
Our current shipping options for eligible U.S. orders are priced in USD:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Free. Ground transit takes 1–7 days, depending on your location’s distance from our Ohio warehouse.
- 2 Day Shipping: $25. The service is configured with a 2-business-day transit estimate.
- Next Day Air: $55. The service is configured with a 1-business-day transit estimate.
- 2 Day and Next Day deliveries do not include Saturday deliveries.
Handling times and carrier transit times are separate. The expedited service estimates are not a promise of delivery within one or two days of placing an order. No Saturday delivery guarantee is included.
Complete transmissions
All complete transmissions ship free via freight. Handling may take up to 5 days, depending on testing and part replacements. The parcel-service transit estimates above do not describe freight transit times.
Selecting your shipping service
Enter your delivery address at checkout, then choose from the shipping services available for your order. Review the shipping charge and any delivery estimate shown before completing your purchase. Availability depends on your delivery address and order; this policy does not promise service to every destination or international shipping.
