Important Fitment Information

This is a transmission filter kit, not a filter-only listing. It includes the transmission filter and two separate nitrile pan-gasket profiles.

A500/A904 and A518/A727 transmission pans have different shapes. Select and install only the gasket that matches your transmission pan. Do not assume the two gasket profiles interchange simply because the transmission families share related components.

Confirm the exact transmission model, pan outline, original filter attachment style, and application before ordering. Some earlier A500, A518, and A618 transmissions may use different filter configurations, so visual comparison with the removed filter is recommended.

Service Guidance

Replace the filter and pan gasket during scheduled ATF service, transmission repair, or rebuild work when the existing components show contamination, damage, restriction, or leakage. Clean the transmission pan and magnet, inspect for abnormal debris, and follow the applicable service procedure and torque specifications.
