4R70W Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid compatible with select 1998-2008 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury applications equipped with AODE, 4R70W, 4R75E, or 4R75W automatic transmissions.

This TCC lockup solenoid is used to control torque converter clutch operation inside the automatic transmission. Replacing a failed solenoid may help correct converter clutch lockup concerns, intermittent engagement, or related transmission fault codes when the solenoid has been properly diagnosed as the source of the issue.
