Important Fitment Note
For VLP-equipped transmissions only. Verify that the valve body uses both a variable line pressure solenoid and VLP sensor. For non-VLP units, use TransGo SK 604 instead.

• High-temperature accumulator seals and expander wires for aluminum accumulator pistons

Installation Notes

• Reset the line-pressure counter, clear codes, and perform a quick-learn procedure before road testing VLP applications.

• 42RLE-VLP units built before April 28, 2008 may benefit from the latest PCM calibration, particularly for low-speed partial TCC apply behavior.

• Use the correct ATF+4 transmission fluid for the vehicle application. Lubegard ATF protectant can be considered as part of a professional transmission-fluid service when appropriate.
