This Shift C solenoid is intended for select 1998-2002 Acura and Honda 4-speed automatic transmission applications and select 2000-up 5-speed automatic transmission applications.

For certain 5-speed applications, two Shift C solenoids may be required. Verify the original solenoid location, connector configuration, transmission model, and quantity required before ordering. This listing includes one solenoid unless otherwise specified.

Do not rely on make, model, and year alone. Acura and Honda used multiple transmission designs and similar-looking shift solenoids. Compare the removed part to the listing photos and verify OEM number 28500-P6H-013 or 28500-P6H-003 whenever possible.

Service Information

Use this part when transmission testing identifies a faulty, sticking, leaking, or electrically out-of-specification Shift C solenoid. Potential related concerns can include harsh shifts, delayed shifts, shift flare, transmission fault codes, or reduced shift quality.
