Rebuild and Repair Use

Supports replacement of worn sealing components during a DQ500 overhaul. This type of service can address leakage at serviced seals and gaskets when deterioration is the diagnosed cause.

Fluid leaks and shifting concerns require inspection before repair. A sealing overhaul does not replace diagnosis of clutch wear, damaged internal components, or mechatronic faults.

Before You Order

Confirm the transmission identification and production details rather than relying on vehicle make, model, or year alone. Compare the required repair components with the supplied kit inventory; do not assume that pistons, clutch plates, filters, or other rebuild components are included.

Follow the applicable transmission service procedures and refill with the specified dual-clutch fluid. Lubegard ATF Protectant is not for DCT applications; use Lubegard Complete Multi-Vehicle Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid only when its application guidance matches the vehicle's required specification.
