Upgrade the intermediate overrun clutch in your GM TH350 or TH350C automatic transmission with the Sonnax 35723HD-02 Heavy Duty Intermediate Sprag Outer Race. This direct replacement outer race fits 1969-1986 TH350 and TH350C units and replaces OE part 6261021.

High torque loads can cause the factory outer race to crack at the radial lube holes and at the sharp inside corners of the outer splines. Sonnax addresses those known failure areas with offset lube holes, improved spline design, upgraded steel alloy, and a case-hardened construction process.

This heavy duty outer race is designed to deliver twice the torque capacity of OE and standard aftermarket races. It is a practical upgrade for performance street cars, tow vehicles, hot rods, and race applications without requiring a costly sprag conversion.
