DSG/02E Front Cover Seal fits VW Audi '04-'17

DSG/02E Front Cover Seal – Compatible for Volkswagen & Audi 2004-2017

Prevent external leaks and maintain optimal DSG performance with this high-quality front cover seal from Stellar Automotive Group.

This direct-replacement seal is engineered specifically for the DQ250 (02E) 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. The factory front cover seal often hardens, cracks, or leaks over time from heat and mileage, causing fluid loss, contamination, low pressure, or overheating. This upgraded molded seal provides a reliable, leak-proof fit, restores proper fluid containment, and protects your mechatronics and clutches for smooth, consistent shifting.

Perfect fit for popular models including:

• Volkswagen Golf GTI/R, Jetta GLI, Passat, Tiguan
• Audi A3/S3, TT

Common symptoms this seal resolves:

• External transmission fluid leaks at front cover
• Low fluid levels or contamination
• Overheating or erratic shifting
• Premature clutch/mechatronics wear

Easy installation – replace during transmission service or front cover removal. Professional installation recommended.
