This heavy-duty rebuilt 4L60E 4WD transmission is engineered for GM LS-powered 4x4 trucks and SUVs from 1998-2006. It delivers reliable performance up to 450 horsepower with premium upgrades that strengthen the most common failure points in the stock 4L60E.

Every unit is fully remanufactured with new USA-made frictions and seals throughout, a new high energy 2-4 band, high energy 3-4 clutches, a new low reverse clutch, dual cage forward sprag, all new bushings, new thrust washers, a recalibrated front pump, and a Corvette servo upgrade. The weak link in every 4L60E – the sunshell – has been upgraded to a heavy-duty Monster sunshell. A Transgo HD shift kit is installed for crisp, firm shifts and improved hydraulic control.

Additional features include a chrome pan with drain plug for easy maintenance and a 4x4 output shaft (transfer case adapter not included). The 300mm LS style bellhousing with top center bolt ensures direct bolt-on fitment to LS engines.

This transmission ships complete with 12 quarts of premium Lubegard Complete Full Synthetic ATF. It is dyno tested in-house to confirm proper operating pressures, zero leaks, and excellent shift quality. Torque converter is NOT included.
