Application

Fits GM 4T80E automatic transmissions for 1993-2011 applications.

The 4T80E uses left- and right-side scavenger filters with different shapes and positions. This kit includes the bent left-side filter and the straight right-side filter needed for a complete scavenger-filter replacement, plus a nitrile gasket for the bottom transmission pan.

Why Replace Both Filters?

During a transmission pan service, repair, or rebuild, replacing both scavenger filters helps ensure the service is completed with the correct matched filter set. Worn or restricted filters can affect normal fluid circulation, making this kit a practical choice whenever the pan is removed or transmission maintenance is being performed.

Nitrile Pan Gasket

The included bottom-pan gasket is made from nitrile material to help support a dependable pan seal after service. Replacing the gasket during reassembly helps avoid relying on an old, compressed, or damaged gasket.
