WHAT THIS PART DOES This servo assembly helps correct common shift-quality issues in the 700R4/4L60E family, including:

• Soft or delayed 1-2 shift
• Mushy or flaring 2-3 shift
• Reduced 2nd gear holding power under acceleration
• Slipping between the 1-2 or 2-4 band engagement

The larger piston apply area helps restore torque capacity to the 2-4 band and firms up shift feel compared to a worn factory servo.
